GAITHERSBURG, Md. (WUSA9) -- A drivers test examiner at the Motor Vehicle Administration in Gaithersburg is accused of offering a passing grade in exchange for a sex act.

Daniel Perry, 21, faces up to 12 years in prison and is charged with misdemeanor malfeasance of office.

A woman reported to police that Perry told her she'd failed her driving test. He then told the woman he would pass her if she provided a favor for him and pointed at his crotch.

The MVA said Perry is no longer working for them.
